T-B- severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) is a group of rare monogenic primary immunodeficiency disorders characterized by a lack of functional peripheral T and B lymphocytes, resulting in recurrent early-onset severe respiratory viral, bacterial or fungal infections, diarrhea and failure to thrive.
